Great experience! We went on a weekday night when they were less busy. Our waitress was knowledgeable about gluten and was happy to go confirm with the kitchen whether certain items had gluten. She was great.

I had the brisket and ribs and let me tell you, it was fantastic! They use a real wood pit and you can taste the authentic smoke flavor in the meat. The brisket had a great bark and was cooked perfectly. The ribs were cooked in an old-school barbecue style that brought me back to my childhood. They fell off the bone (by design), and were brushed with sweet sauce on the pit. Excellent barbecue and we will be back!

Not a safe place if you’re sensitive to cross contamination. They include toast in every single order automatically and lay it across your meat—even if you tell them celiac, very sensitive etc. Every. Single. Time. Do yourself a favor and go down to Jim’s instead—never a problem and no bread crumbs slapped across your meat.

The staff was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about being allergic to gluten. Basically all their protein(pulled pork, ribs, chicken, etc is gf) As long as it's not fried. I had pulled pork with a baked potato. It was amazing:) I made sure to let the manager know about my allergy and my server. She also let the kitchen staff know. But there is no dedicated gf menu, kitchen space or fryer.
