Review of Rib Shack

I had smoked brisket without a bun. It was so tender and delicious. Baked beans were also gf and very tasty. Service was excellent! They were knowledgeable about GF and were able to tell me what was safe. They also let me know the fryer is usually cross-contaminated, but they had just cleaned it and put in fresh oil before we were there, so I was able to have thin crispy fries. Loved it!
