Their online menu included a section that’s gluten free. I used Uber eats to order and even they marked the GF items too. The food was delicious!!!

Very good arepas. The ingredients tasted fresh and the place seemed authentic. They are aware of cross contamination. Didn’t get sick. Highly recommend!

First time eating Venezuelan food, and I really liked the arepas. They had lots of gluten-free options, and they are easily able to make adjustments for dairy-free. I am very sensitive to cross-contamination, and I didn’t have any issues.

I wasn’t a fan of the food but that’s literally only personal preference. The online menu was clearly marked with what was gluten free. I got two arepas to try and I didn’t get sick from either of them.

I am celiac. I usually order two arepas which is plenty and they are delicious. The arepas are labeled gluten free on their menu I have never gotten sick from eating here.

Oh. My. Goodnesss! So delicious. I had the black bean and cheese and the chicken and cheese and they were both so good. And that green sauce - *drools* I notified them via online order about both gluten and peanut allergies - no problems at all.

I ordered 2 arepas and a fresh mango juice. Such large portions! I had lots of leftovers. The vegan mushroom and broccoli was soooo good! The bean and cheese was just okay from delivery. I was able to indicate allergies on my order. No reactions.

Delicious. We tried their Empanada, sweet corn pancakes and Arepas. It's all very good. My spouse is celiac and we feel super safe here. Highly recommended. We went to their new Lakeview location.

I’ve gotten take out from this place several times and it’s always been great. I usually get the pabellon arepa or empanada. The empanadas in particular are excellent! Delicious dough that happens to be GF. Their menu is well marked. The only thing is that I can’t say whether they have a dedicated fryer or if gluten containing items are fried in the same oil.

They had a gluten free menu in the front page of the regular menu. It had gluten free vegan and vegetarian options.The food was good and so was the service.

this place is amazing. GF empanadas, tacos, arepas, and much more
