Great gluten free options. My son has never been sick, however, he eats gluten free miso and sashimi. So there’s not as much risk of cross contamination with raw fish and premade soup. I have noticed the knowledge of celiac/gluten varies based on server. So, make sure to explain cross contamination risks.
