Was here for a meal with a large family group. It’s a small restaurant in the “Clubhouse” for the small town golf course. I asked about ingredients and they looked up everything for me and I explained about preventing cross-contamination and the two cooks seemed to understand enough that I felt confident. I don’t have symptoms when exposed to gluten so can’t report one way or the other on that front. They prepare everything in the same room where you sit so it would be easy to watch while they prepare the food if desired.
I had a bowl of truly delicious chili, a small garden salad with a delicious maple balsamic vinaigrette, and a small portion of very nice potato salad, which was one of the specials that day.
The breakfast menu has scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, and homefries but I wasn’t there for breakfast and didn’t ask any questions about their gf status.
They have french fries but they also serve chicken tenders so the fryer is not gf.
There are also tables and chairs on a nice porch with a roof that looks over the golf course and mountains. Really a beautiful and quiet spot.
It’s not really geared towards serving gf customers but I would come back. I didn’t ask this but I believe if someone brought in gf bread they would make a sandwich with it for you. Just feels like the kind of place that’d do it. Very mom & pop vibe.
