I often frequented this restaurant before my celiac diagnosis and was very pleased. After the diagnosis, I went there for dinner. After asking my list of questions regarding gluten free options, I was assured everything was gluten free,so I ordered soup and seafood risotto. The next day I had my "got glutened" symptoms. I called and spoke to the chef who assured me she understood gluten free cooking precautions. Apparently not as good as it could be. This is scary because eating gluten causes damage to the intestines and sets up and inflammatory process whether or not you feel symptoms. I will miss eating at this establishment.
