I ate here once before and they seemed to know what I meant by gluten allergy, did not get sick. I tried it again tonight. Super clueless about gluten, told me my order would be gluten free. I asked if they could ask the food preparer to change their gloves. Got a blank stare… gloves? Not going to chance it

Great new taqueria. The cashier taking orders was unfamiliar with celiac but took the time to ask, walked me through what was safe on the menu, and alerted the kitchen to avoid CC. Most of the menu is GF, other than the obvious things like the crispy fish, Chile relleno, and burritos. Sadly, the chips go in the same fryer with the breaded items. The al pastor and shrimp tacos were delicious. I will be going back to try others.
