Went here for a friend's birthday who is vegan. I have celiac disease and also have a soy intolerance so we called ahead to see if they had any options for me on the menu since some vegan restaurants utilize soy in place of dairy/meat. All they said was that the "mushroom was okay" and weren't very knowledgeable about allergens. I ended up getting the taco de hongo and the taco de tinga. I ate half of each. After about 10 minutes, my lower intestines started cramping. Not sure if it was due to gluten and/or soy, but I know it was a sign that this place wasn't safe for me to eat at!
