Review of Ricotta & Parmesan

They have two varieties of gluten free pasta and a wide variety of sauces. They are aware of what sauces are safe and can recommend sauces based off of your preferences. The service is a bit frustrating, only because it was the owner and a female server doing all the work throughout the restaurant as 4 young men working stood in the way the majority of the time.
