Riders Pizza

They have a delicious gluten free crust that they can use for any pizza. It’s made of potato and polenta! Really tasty. They don’t have a dedicated oven but they have a specific procedure in place for clients with celiac. I didn’t get sick and finally had some good pizza I didn’t have to make myself!
