They have corn tortillas that they can sub for flour. There are a number of items that are gluten free - I had grilled chicken, beans and rice dish with corn tortillas and it was really good. They make their own corn tortilla chips, but I don't know about a dedicated fryer or if they cook anything else in it. The guacamole was very good - chunks of avocado, as was the salsa. Don't be fooled by the location (in the Texaco building). Not a lot of tables, lots of folks ordering takeout but we ate in and it was a good local find while travelling through the area.
