FANTASTIC gluten free pasta!!! Was not marked on the menu, but contacted them in advance and talked to them in the restaurant. Had to ask for the pasta to be cooked separately, but they did and it felt safe. Tasted amazing and did not get sick - must try when in Palma if you are celiac
