This place has a dedicated fryer for ONLY plantains which are naturally gluten free. My husband was able to eat the mofongo and the tostones, which has proved to be challenging most places.
There is two food trucks here, one is a cafe that is open in the morning and then the other is open later in the morning until later. Breakfast my husband had yogurt, bacon & hashbrowns. They have lots of egg options too.
