Unfortunately this side of the Olympic Peninsula is a gluten-free food desert which is really unfortunate considering so many people travel from around the world to visit the National Park. This is a joint I ate at twice over 2 different trips with no problems so if you're in a pinch, I recommend this restaurant. I got the tacos and asada plate. They seem reasonably knowledgeable about cross-contamination but I can't confirm. I did not get sick though so there is that.
