Review of Rio Grande

I have eaten at the Rio so many times over the last several years, I couldn't possibly count! I am highly symptomatic celiac and have never once gotten sick here. I never even have to have a conversation with any of the staff except to say " no flour tortilla" for some things. I'm not a fan of corn tortillas and I've gotten several things without a tortilla. They always accommodate whatever special order I have! Their sauces, queso, green chili, relleno... All GF and safe in my experience!!! So great to have a place to go where I don't ever have to worry about getting sick!!!
