Rio Lobo

I appreciated that Rio Lobo had several things I could enjoy even though I have celiac disease, including wood fired pizza on a gluten free crust, fresh peach cider, and several appetizers. The staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity, and seemed professional in how they answered my questions about food handling. Very nice facility too.
