There is no gluten free menu, but when I asked, the chef came out. He was very knowledgeable about gluten-free and explained exactly what he could make me. The food was absolutely delicious! I got the spicy tuna tacos and a chicken taco. Their tacos are typically made with flour tortillas so instead he put it on a corn tostada shell for me. The service is really slow but the food is worth it. As with the rest of Iceland, it is very pricey.
All of their tacos can be made gluten-free with corn tortillas. They didn’t make the connection of the shared fryer for tortilla chips until I asked but were willing to help and the beef tacos sans the mustard sauce (couldn’t confirm if it was distilled vinegar) were great. So far I’m feeling good!
