I asked if I could eat the breakfast taco but they said there’s trace amounts of gluten in the corn taco shell. They offered to make eggs on the grill but everything is made on the same grill. I got a smoothie. They didn’t mention gf buns but if everything is cooked on the same griddle, I cant have it anyway.

Excellent experience. Wanted breakfast tacos but the corn tortillas were not safe so had the insides as a platter. Delicious! Also learned their fries are safe and they have GF rolls.

Riptides is located on the Long Beach boardwalk and it’s a great spot to grab something quick. I got a breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bun to enjoy at the picnic tables.
