Got a mimosa and the frittata. They didn’t have any gluten free toast because the truck didn’t delivery any or something. Was told the frittata was gluten free. Had some mild reactions.

Both my daughter and I are Celiac. The waitress was knowledgeable about what we could and could not have. Good food and great atmosphere.

This place is extremely popular and pretty small, which means you will wait a while for a table. That said, after an hour wait for a table and then 30 more minutes for the food, I was disappointed. Very expensive, although the food was good it was not worth the cost. It’s one of those places that is great to try but too expensive to go back.
Extensive menu with lots of GF choices. Server was knowledgeable about GF. I did end up getting sick though, I found out afterwards that my milkshake order was changed and not sure if it was still GF or maybe it was the food.

They have gf pancakes, French toast, grits, fruit, and bacon on the menu but the servers lacked knowledge of what gluten is and the gf food was mediocre.

Amazing food. Correction to the above review by Joyce, this is still the same restaurant. The other Rise N Shine is now Loded. Great service, food, and GF options.

We had a wonderful breakfast here!
We headed here for brunch on a Saturday. There was about an hour wait, but it was worth it. They also do call ahead seating, so try that if you’re coming through.
A lot of menu items can be modified and the staff was knowledgeable in that arena. I opted for one of the few marked items at our waitress’s recommendation and it was awesome!
I had the cauliflower breakfast pizza (without hash browns, as they are cross contaminated). It was so good, I’m trying to figure out how to make it myself. I also treated myself to a lemonade flight. They also have MASSIVE 4 person breakfast cocktails (ok for 2 people if you’re a college kid on a mission to take a nap).
My husband had the non-GF pancakes that were pretty epic. The waitress said any pancake on the menu can be made GF.
Putting this place on our list for the next time we swing through!

The staff is very good about gluten free and there are many options. Met the owner at my previous visit and he was very apologetic about the wait time. Get there early!!!
Yes
Gluten free French toast is excellent! Great service, knowledgeable staff.
Got reese's pancakes but they informed me I could only get chocolate chips and peanut butter syrup. Turned out great and glad they were knowledgeable enough to warn me and alter the order
I ordered the gf pancakes. They were made from buckwheat and they were delicious!
