Review of Rise Pies

Not celiac safe! They use the same sauce on gluten free and regular pizzas. They place the pizza on parchment to bake, but crumbs from regular pizzas get on the parchment as they move it around. They have a dedicated gluten free pizza cutter, but an inexperienced staff member used the wrong one at first and then switched when I reminded them. Would not chance it.
