This place was so good. They did a glove change, used fresh ingredients and cook the pizza on a separate sheet. She also got a new pizza cutter, and was very careful through the while process. It was very good, thin, and had a nice crunch on the bottom but still soft in the middle. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Excellent, friendly service! Staff diligent about changing gloves and gluten free dough contained seperately. Although cooked in same oven as gluten products, caution is used by baking over a protective sheet. I love bringing the kids here knowing they can get a clean healthy meal.

I called and asked how gluten free pizza is prepared and they said it's made on the same line. Also even if they change gloves, they have already stuck previous flour covered gloves into the toppings as well as ladles touching regular crusts. Extreme cross contamination so not safe for celiacs.

Not sure what happened on the other reviewers visits. But when my husband ordered his pizza they immediately asked if he has an allergy, when he indicated yes, a different employee swapped to new gloves, grabbed a board from a different area of the kitchen, lined it with parchment paper that was specifically to cook the gluten free pizzas on IN the oven, and they took great care to not let his pizza touch any surface that anyone else's touched. We were very pleasantly surprised. The pies were delicious!!

Place was covered in flour and no separate oven or prep... I am very sensitive and didn't even want to risk it

Cool place. Pizza is not cooked in a dedicated oven and all the toppings are handled with the same gloves since its make your own. They also did not have dedicated paddles to cook it on. Pizza was kind of under cooked. Atmosphere is nice though. Great potential if they work on things.

Rise pies just opened and it is by far the best gluten free pizza option around! I highly recommend it! Their pizza shells are made in a gluten free dedicated facility and are baked in their own shell
