Rise Up Coffee

I love Rise Up for food and coffee! Not only do they offer a gluten free bread option for their Avocado toast, but a gluten free burrito too! Additionally, their tater tots are safe because the only other thing that is cooked in the same way is their bacon. 😊 No worrying about shared fryer here! They’re not dedicated GF, and you may still want to ask questions, but I eat here each time I’m in the area with confidence. 😊

I stopped in here for a cup of coffee (Nitro cold brew on tap- sooo good) and asked about food options. She told me all their bread is GF (Udi’s) - odd because the words Gluten Free are not listed anywhere on the menu. I asked if there was anything she could recommend for someone with celiac (explained what I meant by that) and she went to the kitchen and asked. Came back and said hey could do avocado toast with an egg on top. The food pick up window peeks right into the kitchen so I politely asked the kitchen if they could change gloves when prepping my food and they agreed. It was delicious and no adverse reaction.
