I can’t believe there are not more reviews on this restaurant. First, I would say if you are staying at FRA for a flight, make your way to RISE. I will start with dinner. When I mentioned gf, they immediately started heating dinner rolls for me. They gave me 4. I actually ate two, they were very good, and they let me take the other two in a to go box. I want to say they were the Schar multi grain ciabatta with the sunflowers and flax seeds. The chef prepared an off the menu curry for me that had prawns. It was wonderful, very large serving (could be shared). The server also mentioned that they had plenty of options for me for breakfast. I went the next morning and a tear came to my eye. They have an entire table labeled glutenfrei away from all the other items. It sits right out front of the breakfast area. Again, I believe it was all schar products, and they had at least 7 different choices. I went for the croissant (for the record not as good as the one from Craft in Amsterdam, but it was still delicious). They also had a few types of muffins, more rolls, and some packaged museli and other types of breakfast type cereals and biscuits. When another person was over there looking, the attendant quickly shooed them away and said it was only for the gf people. This person had about three non-gf pastries on their plate, so it was obvious they were trying to spread their crumbs around, lol. This is the first Hilton property I have been to that had the gf table on their breakfast buffet.

This restaurant is in the Frankfurt Airport Hilton and is outstanding. Menu listed all allergens and waitstaff very knowledgeable and fluent. They served me 4 hot GF buns with dinner and they were fantastic. One night I had the red curry with a huge filet of salmon on top and the other night Coq Au Van; both meals superb and their service impeccable. Finding a GF restaurant in downtown Frankfurt was a crapshoot.
