GF crust is listed as an option on the menu, but the server confirmed it is not celiac safe. No dedicated fryer. No menu items are marked GF. I was able to order a harvest salad minus one of the toppings, but that seemed to be the only option on the menu. The staff were good about checking with the chef on menu items, and it seems like a great local restaurant for normal people, but a poor option for anyone with gluten sensitivity.
