Review of Ristegio's

I went their on the recommendation of this site. This place is completely UNSAFE for any one with a gluten intolerance and definitely not for Celiac. I asked the waitress what was safe and she said the pasta and pesto with grilled chicken. Ok, that sounded good. Then it came out and is was a white sauce with no flavor and it had specs of basil. Not a pesto. I didn’t eat it. I was afraid that the sauce may have had flour in it. But they had no problem charging me full price for it. I asked to speak to the manager and when I told him he took it off but was totally uninterested in gaining any knowledge of what was safe and what was not, so I just stopped talking. I will NEVER go there again and hope no one who has an allergy would attempt to.
