What a pleasant lunch experience! I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and my husband ordered spaghetti with tomato and garlic sauce. It was very good. The service was amazing! We had personal attention front the owners and the chefs! Beatrice was one of the owners and she was delightful.

The ristorante was very clean and the rest rooms were as well.

Fantastic service, the menu was marked with the allergens in each dish. I got the gf gnocchi with a meat sauce and it was fantastic. They also provided gf bread.

Food was excellent, the gluten-free and the gluten food, but as of June 2023, the only gluten-free pasta is the gnocchi. Incredibly tasty, but limited.

Agree with all of the previous reviews - this is a hidden gem in Montepulciano! Offer GF pasta in addition to naturally gluten free options like risotto and meats. I tried the very unique blueberry risotto, which I really enjoyed. We even got to meet the chef which was a fun touch.

Waiter very kind, knowledgeable,and patient. Pasta was boiled in new fresh water and steps taken to limit contamination.

This amazing restaurant (under new management) on the main square in Montepulciano is something not to be missed. There are several antipasti and secondi that are naturally gluten free, but they also offer GF pasta so you can experience any of their amazing primi sauces. They fully understand celiac disease and the limitations that come with it. I felt very safe there, over three meals, and recommend it highly.
