The caprese salad was magnificent — literally the best bufala mozzarella I’ve ever eaten and rich, savory tomatoes. And then succulent, flavorful grilled swordfish. The baked vegetables were over cooked and the service was only passing.

I had a delish prawn risotto that was gluten free, they also did gluten free pasta. Mostly seafood on the menu.
We had two meals at CIAK while in Monterosso and they were both fabulous! Waitress was GF and explained that they have GF pasta and cook it in a separate pot. She provided GF bread and pasta. Food was beautifully prepared and served. If you want fresh seafood CIAK is a must during your visit to Cinqueterra.
