They have a dedicated section of the kitchen for cooking food for guests with Celiac and allergies. No shared utensils or cooking equipment. They offer GF pastas and GF pizzas. Bread. And can modify most entrees to be gluten free. Staff had excellent knowledge of celiac disease. Had a cheesecake that was GF and staff let me know it was cooked in the same oven (separate pan) as gluten pastries so I could make my decision with full information. I had no issues after a salad and a GF pasta.
