This was a very disappointing experience. The evening menu was 31 euros plus a 2.50 cover per person plus drinks. The portions were small and the quality was not worth a 31 euros menu. The meatballs tasted like frozen vegan meatballs from the supermarket and the sauce was tinned. And it was served on a divider plate like you would use for a child with overcooked veg. The giant plus side is that it is not only 100 percent gluten free but lactose free and vegan

This is a dedicated gluten free and vegan restaurant serving delicious buffet style food. We ate here all three days of our stay in Verona and truly enjoyed our meals. We highly recommend Ristorante Flora for those looking for a dedicated GF restaurant in Verona.

Great food! It’s a buffet style restaurant, so you can try a little bit of everything. Especially the chili was really delicious. They also have a lot of desserts and they looked amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t got the chance to try them, because i was already so full of the tasty buffet.

Friendly service and good range of vegan, GF food. It’s buffet service, so you choose from a selection of hot and cold items, e.g. rice, lentils, tomatoes, hummus, leaf, etc. Excellent variety and everything I had tasted delicious. There is also a great selection of cakes for dessert. I would definitely go again.

Fantastic vegan restaurant that is totally gluten free. We did the three course meal and were bursting at the seams by the end with the generous portions! While there is no dairy, many dishes tasted deliciously creamy. I loved their pasta dish and take on American chili.

Amazing food and service! We really loved the raw pasta and ravioli dishes. Staff was very helpful and friendly, definitely would recommend to anyone! All vegan and gluten-free restaurant. Pure love!

Dedicated gluten free and vegan, I was in heaven able to eat anything I wanted! The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and there is a big range of desserts as well. Very happy!

Deliciously gluten free and vegan. For lunch they have a buffet which was perfect because it allowed me to try multiple things and it was quick which gave me more time to see the city. The baked goods (savory and sweet) were a bit dry but still worth trying since it’s so rare to get so many GF options.

Worth a special trip. Inventive food and entirely GF. Not typical Italian fare—it was great to have some terrific food that was a little different. I’m coming back!

100% gf with great choice with local specialities. Bakery & adjacent restaurant . Very nice personell also. Location is close to the Arena & the old town. We can strongly recommend it. Enjoy
