Called and spoke to owner. The chef makes to order so 90% of items on menu can be modified to ensure gluten free. This is a BYOB SO bring your favorite wine. I hand Vitello Imperatori consists of Veal medallions sauteed with asparagus, crab meat, fresh herbs, white wine sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. FANTASTIC!
