I had low expectations of this place as it was very empty when we arrived and the service was quite poor. That said, the food was very safe and actually quite good! I had the gnocchi with tomatoes three ways and my husband had a steak. It was raining the night we ate there but they have a very nice terrace with a great view in sunnier weather.

Excellent place with the most stunning view! Not only were they knowledgable on making dishes gluten free, but catered to the fact I am vegan too.

This place had THE best view of Tuscany from the terrace. They also had great gluten-free bread and gnocchi. They were knowledgeable about gluten and had a couple different kinds of pastas they could do.

The restaurant terrace has a great view of the Val D'Orcia. Most of the items on the menu can be made gluten free. During our visit there was only one pasta type (spaghetti) available for gluten free. The gluten free bread provided was very soft.

What a find! This lovely spot in a lovely village is a must do dinner in Piensa. The owner/chef had designed a beautiful setting. Everything here is tasteful and fresh. My Italian is bad but I think she actually has Celiac. She can make 3-4 different pastas to substitute for anything on the regular menu. We had a tagliatelle with ragú that was special. The local noodle Pica (pico??) was available as well

Entree option were delicious and plentiful to choose from - from the decadent looking steak to the brick oven chicken, or fish.

Lovely service, great spot inside or out, with incredibly good wine for an incredibly cheap price. Top notch glasses of wine were simply priced at 5 Euro.
