Absolutely amazing, so delicious! The entire menu is gluten free, with homemade pasta made in-house, and the entire selection constructed of quality ingredients.
Staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable of allergies. The owner of this restaurant’s wife, according to their restaurant history, has celiac.
We had the white beans (simple, creamy, delicious), a salad, bruschetta, a red sauce and sausage pasta, truffle pasta, and Gorgonzola and walnut pasta. Everything was perfect (with our favorite being the truffle past - portions are perfect size/large :) ). As well as a few glasses of Chianti Classico. A must-see for anyone and everyone in Florence!
