They have gluten free options. The waitress spoke enough English to communicate what would be safe for me to eat. I had pasta with a truffle sauce. The flavor was poor and the texture of the noodles was awful. I’ve had some amazing pasta here in Italy and this was the worst! Worse than what I could eat at home that comes from a box. But I could eat here without feeling sick. My husband is not gluten free and said his food was okay. Not up to par with anything we’ve had in Italy thus far though! I do have Celiac disease, but I don’t generally react to a little cross contamination if I haven’t been glutened in awhile so I can’t say for sure that it is celiac friendly.
