Good gluten free pizza and pasta. Also great gluten free cakes from renowned bakery Eddegger-Tax (they do gluten free only baking one day per week).Pizza is without risk of contamination, baked and served in its own tray.Pasta is pre-cooked so it goes directly into the pan and does not need to go into the water where the gluten pasta is cooked. Once I had a cook who was not aware of this though and I informed him about the problem, since then they seem to do it right.
