Byron has two different kitchen and one is only for gluten free meals. They are certified for gluten free and they cook a great gluten free pizza, like the “classic Italian one” with a lot of flavors. They have pasta and “Casoncelli”, Bergamo’s famoust dish. Many dessert gluten free as well. I am celiac and I always choose Byron for my dinner. They also serve “normal” pizza and meals with gluten, but cooked separately in a different kitchen. You also have to taste their gluten free hamburger with home made bread! So delicious!!!
