Staff knowledgable about gluten free. Meat on the grill, cheese (scamorzza) as gluten free options. They have gluten free pizza. The pizza dough is seperate and cooked in a pan in the same pizza oven as regular non gf pizza. I did not try the pizza. I had lamb. They provide gf bread
