We ordered GF pasta with carbonara sauce for my celiac daughters because they assured us that they took care of cross contamination and were careful. Unfortunately when the plates came we tested the pasta with our Nima sensor and gluten was found. Their behavior with this problem was very good wanting to understand how to improve to be safer for celiacs. They prepared another pasta this time just with oil and garlic since the problem was likely with the carbonara sauce. This time around the sensor confirmed GF. So, be very careful and ask for the simplest option if you want to be safe.
