You must go here if you are visiting Florence. I had the most incredible service, they were attentive and so knowledgeable about each dish. I had the Truffle Ravioli and for desert tiramisu, it was so beautifully balanced flavour wise, great portions and well priced. Food tasted so fresh and you can tell it has been made with love. I will be going back again tomorrow night it was that wonderful!

Best gluten free pizza I had in italy. They are able to make all pizzas (and pastas, i think) gluten free and they take things seriously, even making sure the gluten free dishes come out on an orange plate. They are AiC certified.

Have to say I’ve found gluten-free pizza on the poor side so far on this trip to Italy… a lot of lazy pre-made bases. Thankfully, on our day in Florence, this place popped up. The GF pizza was great with a firm enough base and crispy crust piled with delicious ingredients (as ever, too much to eat). The friendly staff take things really seriously so GF dishes come out on orange plates so there is no confusion between the kitchen and customer. My family (who aren’t GF) could enjoy regular pizzas too. The wider menu is extensive and I think most dishes can be done GF (and lacto-free too!). A short walk from Firenze main station, it’s fantastic value (we paid under €70 for three pizzas, two bottles of water, a bottle of chianti, two glasses of Chardonnay and the service charge).

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in all of Italy. They have the best GF pizza and are so careful when it comes to cross contamination. A must visit when in Florence.

“World champion gluten free pizza” they claim… as does the restaurant next door. But wow. My 11th pizza in as many days and it was by far the best I’ve had. Crust so good it had me questioning if it had gluten or not. However the waiter was very on top of it and his service was exceptional. Pizza came on an orange plate to signify a GF pizza. Very good. Worthy of the world championship.
