Review of Ristorante Wistèria

Wisteria is a Michelin star restaurant of the highest quality. I informed them of my gluten intolerance at the time of my reservation. I was able to eat everything on the 5 course tasting menu. They omitted a few minor ingredients, because most of there cooking is free of gluten. They brought out fresh gluten free breadsticks and bread. A delicious dessert ended the tasting menu and then tiny house made candies as a surprise ending! I died and went to heaven!
