Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The custard is sensational, but when asking if their product is gluten free, the young staff really had no idea, but were told to say “I don’t think it is gluten free”.

They do publish an ingredient chart of their Italian ices, but NOT one for their custard that I could find.
