Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many ices are gluten free (avoid the cream and cookie based ones). Custard is gluten free.

Sooo good! Majority if not all Italian Ice flavors were gluten free. I’d stay away from Custards to prevent any cross contamination

Vanilla custard is gf and it sounds like the machine it comes from is kept gf as well. Definitely talk with staff because they have Oreos and other gluten containing mix ins available, but they had a sheet with all their offerings and allergens on hand. Custard was good and so far no symptoms!
