Fui ao Ritz da Alameda Franca em outubro/2023, a equipe passou bastante confiança em saber o que é glúten, doença celíaca e sobre os cuidados com contaminação cruzada. Comi um pene sem glúten com aspargos e presunto cru, que estava ótimo. Mas, por não ser um local dedicado, sempre importante conversar e se informar em todas as vezes que frequentar.
