Review of Riva Ristorante

While they offer gluten free options and claim to have a dedicated fryer and oven, the food wasn't good. Chicken wings were dry and the waitress "didn't know" if the blue cheese dressing was GF (after checking with the kitchen). I also received my salad topped with croutons after the lengthy discussion about what to order. Perhaps this new restaurant will improve, but this first impression wasn't good for celiacs. Hoping they improve on this because their efforts are appreciated!
