Waitstaff were nice but not clear on what could be celiac safe. Finally agreed on omelet in seperate pan, but pancakes and home fries not celiac safe because all shared grill. Omelet usually on shared grill too, so beware here. I wouldn’t return due to being very sensitive and it felt very iffy.
