Cute place with gluten-free pizza options. Upon discussion with the owner, learned they cook the pizzas in the same pizza oven as the regular pizzas, but accommodated me by using a different “regular” oven and putting on parchment paper to protect. I think the second time we ordered with another person, they may not have followed the same precautions because I ended up having some symptoms. Had gf seltzers.
