Very accommodating and knowledgeable. The wait staff happily and clearly explained which items on the menu were gluten free and which could be modified (and how). Everything was delicious and nothing plain/no sauce by the gluten free conversion. It was all delicious. Great place for a special celebration. Definitely Celiac safe. Two of us with Celiac came away healthy. To start I had burrata dish with peaches and cantaloupe and for main a shrimp dish that was supposed to be served over bulgar. The chef submitted saffron risotto and it was totally delicious. Serving size was very generous.
