Best. Pancakes. Ever. Even pre-coeliac days, I have never had pancakes this good. Light, fluffy, delicious. 10/10

The pancakes here are amazing! They are all gluten free and there are also quite a few dairy free options for those who need them. My non gluten free partner loved the pancakes also. I had the matcha ones and he had the caramel ones. The staff are lovely and it’s a cute little spot, but a bit hidden although Google maps got us there fairly easily. Definitely recommend this for gluten free pancakes in Tokyo!

We visited on a Sunday and were turned away as they only do GF some days of the week. I was told to return on Wednesday or Friday.
It’s is in an alley. It’s hard to fine but it has 4 restaurants in the same place.
The best experience in Tokyo. All pancakes and crepes are gluten free. I tasted both them: very yammy! The service Is good but the staff doesn't speak english! Very relaxing place in japanese style ☺

There are several “stations” or restaurants within the same, very crowded space, so we were a little confused at first. When we found the correct restaurant, the staff was less than enthused to help us and simply walked away. Eventually, we ordered and the food was pretty good. Definitely fun to try the infamous soufflé pancakes, but it’s more of a fun treat than a whole meal. Would not come back.

Gluten free fluffy pancakes! Dedicated GF but I still showed my translation card. It’s a small restaurant so you may have to wait and they do run out of batter at the end of the day. They have a bunch of different flavors and they are delicious! I loved the strawberry one the most.

Yummy GF Fluffy Pancakes…many toppings to choose from.
Bathroom was a bit unique…outside, up very steep stairs then through a different small business…but it was clean & the upstairs staff were very gracious.

This place is so great! A proper little Japanese restaurant, hidden down a side street. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious, a real treat!

Absolutely delicious! I came here on. Monday so they only had crèpes (they alternate crepe and pancake days). I can see how you could potentially wait a long time here if you don’t come early. It’s a shared space with other food stalls, limited seating, and one chef at Riz Labo. We got the chocolate pancake crepe and matcha crepe. The matcha crepe was super sweet and a bit much but the chocolate was delicious and we were happy to get a taste of the pancake inside the crepe!

This is a counter inside a mini food court with other small businesses. We had tasty gluten free crepes. Sadly, the fluffy pancakes in the pictures online are not available every day, so do check before you go if you are keen on those. The other days they do crepes instead.

Delicious pancakes!! My nonGF husband even loved them. Also got a salad which was beyond fantastic (it’s so hard to get vegetables when you eat out in Japan) and they subbed the dressing for a GF option. Would definitely recommend.

A gluten free must-do when in Tokyo! Gorgeous desserts that are the tastiest fluffy pancake you have ever eaten! Another reviewer said that gf is only certain days, but I don’t believe that is true.
And you will wonder if you can eat a tower of fluffy pancakes, but you can! They are feather-light and not overly sweet. My daughter and I shared two different kinds. Treat yourself to this!

BEST EXPERIENCE IN TOKYO! They said they were done serving pancakes for the day. I told them it was my last day, that I am GF, AND they made an exception and served me pancakes. The staff is so so so nice. Go before 4:30pm!!!!

Best pancakes I’ve ever had. Didn’t know they could be this good! And beautifully presented.
Located inside a cute little dining hall.

Rizlabo Kitchen has some of the best soufflé pancakes I’ve ever had. They’re light, fluffy, and taste amazing. I ordered the strawberry pancakes and my friend had the matcha strawberry pancakes. Both were great and we’re already planning to come back to try more flavours. The pancakes are all advertised as gluten-free which was really reassuring.
The restaurant is in a food court type complex inside an old Japanese house. Seating is free in the middle of the building. You are given a menu at the door, and then you go up to the specific restaurant stall and place your order there.
They won’t accept credit card if the payment is under 3000円.

The most amazing pancakes ever. So light and fluffy. Had the berry ones they were so good.
Yes
Fluffiest pancakes you have ever seen. All of the food is rice-based and made on the spot (including the whipped cream). Prices are a little higher in the weekend. We came here twice because everyone loved it so much.
Yes
Everything we had was phenomenal. Our very picky celiac child cleared her plate and attacked her little sister’s. Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and very patient with our 5 kids. Definitely our favorite GF spot in Tokyo. We came back for another round.
Yes
The pancakes were absolutely heavenly as they were soufflé. The berry one especially as the sorbet was on point. The parfait was also soooo good as the nuts were the just right crunchiness with the sweet ice cream and berries. The whole restaurant is gluten free as they use rice flour so it was celiac safe too. If I could give 10 stars I would because it was the best meal I have ever had.
Yes
Souffle pancakes are amazing. They use all rice flour and soy milk so it's all dairy free and gluten free. Go for the berry one it's amazing and has a great sorbet with it. It's in a "food court". Four restaurants in one space-it's in a residential area but Google got me there accurately.
