Great restaurant, fantastic Indian food, as a matter of fact one of the best I had in Sydney. Lot of gluten free options including 7 gluten free vegetarian ones. I don't know about their kitchen practices, but one of the key staff is celiac, so I would think they know to take it seriously, but of course please make your enquiries.
