Allergens are listed on menu but the Guinness stew is listed as gluten free - Guinness is not usually gluten free so I queried it with the wait staff who then said “oh yes you’re right it’s not gluten free” - so I would be wary. Not very helpful when asking about other dishes I could have and cross contamination but I ended up having a Cajun chicken salad (I am also dairy free) - it was ok, the chicken was dry and it had tons of onions - I love onions but it was too much!

GF pasta (penne) available and all sauces are GF too. They will offer the penne for the kids items. They don’t have GF pizza or bread. Steak is GF (and delicious) and there are several other options that are GF including hake fillet and several salads. I had the set 3-course meal and was easily able to get GF options for each. Nice place, and a good alternative to Irish fare, if you need something different.
