The employees at our local Roberto's chain did not know what gluten was. I contacted HQ on 12/29/20 to ask about allergen info (gluten and peanut/tree nut). HQ responded in less than 24 hours to say they cannot guarantee against cross contamination. They did not specify what items or ingredients contain gluten. Just gave the general disclaimer.
